Hose Fittings

Cam Locks, are some of the simplest to use couplers to connect a low pressure or transfer hose to a tank or to connect multiple hoses together. They are available in male, female or barb connections in both aluminum and polypropylene. For the female part of the coupling, (also known as the coupler) the size is obtained by measuring the diameter of the open end, or inside diameter (I.D.). For the male part of the coupling (adapter), the size is obtained by measuring the diameter of the adapter end or outside diameter (O.D.). We stock sizes from 3/4″ to 2”. A worm gear hose clamp is most frequently used when a clamp is needed to secure a hose while remaining connected to a fitting. Canpipe carries a full line of Stainless steel clamps ranging from 9/16” to 6”.

This galvanized band clamp is to be used along with a center punch clamp tool to tighten hoses to fittings. Available sizes range from 1 ½” I.D. to 5” I.D.
