UV Dynamics Mini Rack Systems

UV Dynamics Mini-Rack Systems combine up to three Big Blue style filter housings and a UV disinfection system into one simple, clean looking, and integrated product line. Manufactured from rugged 10 gauge HR commercial grade steel and finished in a tough powder coat finish, the system will stay looking good as new for many years.

The Mini-Rack system uses a special variation of our standard disinfection chamber and is equipped with a bottom mounted 1/4″ drain plug to facilitate winterization in seasonal applications.

UV Dynamics Mini-Rack systems speed installation, are easy to service and provide lasting value. Ideal for homes, cottages and treating harvested rainwater!

Accessories

3/4” & 1″ Solenoid Valve (p/n 400454-3/4 400454-1) – The NEW ASCO Series 212 solenoid shut off valve will close during power outages, lamp outages, and low UV level conditions (monitored system required).
Remote Solenoid Interface (p/n 400429) – The remote solenoid interface provides stable power supply to solenoid as well as an override option during alarm conditions.
3/4″ & 1″ Solenoid Valve Kit (p/n 400455-3/4 400455-1) – This solenoid valve kit includes valve, remote solenoid interface and power cord.
UV Sensor Probe (p/n 400195) and NSF UV Sensor Probe (p/n 400285) – This one piece Teflon primary probe is resistant to leaks, while the secondary quartz window allows for fast and easy cleaning of fouled sensors.
3/4″ Flow Regulator Body (p/n 400481) and 1” Flow Regulator Body (p/n 400482) – Both 3/4″ and 1” stainless steel regulator bodies fit available inserts in a variety of flow rates.

Canpipe can also provide replacements parts for most units. These include Lamps, sleeves, ballast, o-ring kits, glandnuts, lamp springs, sensor probes, and mounting hardware.
